The Administrative and Public Law Section is a voluntary group of over 1,200 Texas attorneys who either represent clients before government agencies or work within these entities. Members handle agency-related matters in both administrative settings and courts. The Section’s primary mission is to support and enhance the practice of administrative law throughout Texas.
